Artisan Spirits UK is operated by STREET TRACK LIFE LTD, a small, independent website run by enthusiasts - we are by no means a large, faceless corporation! Should you have any issues at all with any items purchased from us, please don't hesitate to get in touch by sending an email to shop@streettracklife.com and we will do whatever we can to help.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Unless otherwise stated, all parts sold by STREET TRACK LIFE LTD are not intended for road use and are designed for off-road and race use only. All parts must be installed by an experienced professional; we will accept no responsibility for any additional costs incurred as a result of the incorrect fitting of parts or any subsequent modifications made to parts. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle and/or other vehicles or any other components, as a result of the failure of a product sold by STREET TRACK LIFE LTD.
All product details, product descriptions and product prices available in the STREET TRACK LIFE LTD shop are correct as of the time that they were added to the STREET TRACK LIFE LTD shop. We reserve the right to alter all product details, product descriptions and product prices. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been placed for an incorrectly priced product - a full refund will be issued as a result of this.
If there is a problem with your order, order delivery or order payment, you must notify STREET TRACK LIFE LTD within ten working days from the date your order was dispatched. If your order has been damaged in transit by the shipping/courier company, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery being made in order for us to begin the necessary claims procedure with the shipping/courier company in question.
Orders for items that are held in stock may be cancelled at any point prior to the order being dispatched. Orders for items that are specifically ordered in to fulfil that particular order may not be cancelled at any point once the items have been dispatched from our supplier(s). Orders for custom made-to-order products may not be cancelled at any point after the manufacturer has began to produce them.
If, within 14 days of receiving your item(s), you wish to return them for a refund, it might be possible to do so providing they are not a custom made-to-order item (please see above). Provided that the returned item(s) are received in as-new condition and in the original packaging, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charges. The customer is liable for all return postage costs.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. If the respective item needs to be returned to us, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will be required to securely repack the faulty or incorrect item in its original packaging before it is sent back to us.
Custom made-to order products are not subject to our usual cancellation and returns policies and may not be returned unless they are proven to be faulty.
We are a VAT registered company (VAT ID GB266945850). If you are a customer or business customer based within the UK, you will need to pay VAT. If you are a customer or business customer based outside of the UK, you do not need to pay VAT (exceptions apply, please see below).
Prices on our website are displayed excluding VAT, unless they specifically state "inc VAT" (including VAT). Our website uses IP address monitoring to determine if you are shopping from a country that requires the payment of VAT and will adjust the display settings of our prices according to the location from which you are accessing our website. You will be billed according to the VAT requirements of your chosen shipping location.
If your order is being delivered within the UK, you will not be liable for any import duties and taxes as these are already included within the prices displayed when placing your order.
If your order is being delivered to any country outside of the UK, you might be required to pay local taxes and import duties. This is common practice and the amount owed is calculated in accordance with the value of your goods. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and STREET TRACK LIFE LTD is not liable for any charges incurred.
If you refuse to pay the local taxes and import duties that are requested from you, your order will automatically be returned to us by the shipping company. In the event of this occurring, once the shipment has been returned to us in full, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee that you paid and minus any additional charges incurred when the shipment is returned to us (including, but not limited to, return shipping fees, courier handling fees, import duties and taxes etc.). If you wish for your order to be re-shipped to you, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping the order to you.
If the shipping company is unable to deliver your order and is unable to make contact with the recipient, or, the recipient refuses delivery of the shipment, your order will automatically be returned to us by the shipping company. In the event of this occurring, once the shipment has been returned to us in full, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee that you paid and minus any additional charges incurred when the shipment is returned to us (including, but not limited to, return shipping fees, courier handling fees, import duties and taxes etc.). If you wish for your order to be re-shipped to you, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping the order to you.
